No Return or Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heinrichs Co. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once purchased.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges: All products are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size, or color preferences.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit based on the circumstances.

  3. Sale and Clearance Items: All sales on sale or clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products.

  4. Custom or Personalized Items: As all custom or personalized items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will evaluate your request and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

  6. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at the time of purchase, including product, size, and color.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
