Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed while company is on shut down or on vacation, will be shipped out next business day once we return.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- We offer several shipping options for domestic and international orders, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to Canada, USA, and any other country available at the time.
- International shipping may be available at additional costs. Please check at checkout for international shipping rates and customs duties, if applicable.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.
- If you did not receive tracking information or have trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at heinrichsco@outlook.com for assistance.
- On smaller orders tracking may not be available. If you prefer tracking please choose an option that has tracking.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to local regulations or shipping carrier restrictions.
- If there are any issues with your order’s shipping, we will notify you immediately via email.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Heinrichs Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the carrier has taken possession of the package.
- If your package is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Shipping Errors
- If there are any errors with your shipping address or any other aspects of your order, please notify us immediately at heinrichsco@outlook.com before the order is processed for shipping.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Additional Shipping Information
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for items that are returned or refused due to incorrect shipping details or failure to pick up a package.
- As we are a company that likes to be eco friendly, your package may arrive in previously used packing and materials.
